I took the challenge of reimagining the mobile flight booking experience!
 This study investigates user behaviors and challenges, with the goal of creating an interface that enables effortless flight booking. To achieve that I sought to understand and address user pain points and habits.
Exploration
To gain deeper insights about flight booking behaviors, I prepared a user research centered around the mobile applications of three airline companies; British Airways, Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways.
I asked participants to search for flights for specific routes in late November 2023 using airline’s mobile apps.
Persona
I created a persona that represents the potential users, keeping in mind the main problems I found in the research. This helps me design solutions that directly tackle those issues and make the user experience better.​​​​​​​

Problem Definition: Design a user-centric flight booking app that empowers users like June, offering flexible and efficient search options for affordable flights, along with transparent information at every step, to enhance the overall travel experience.​​​​​​​
